Minnie – Savant or Scamp?

Who is this dog who can perform over 30 tricks, but won’t come when you call her?

Not much is known about her early years. It’s believed she was born in July 5, 2000 and spent years in and out of foster care and the dreaded puppy orphanage.Then a young family adopted her and she spent some carefree years as just a pet. But when a new baby arrived, Minnie tired of sharing the spotlight and knew it was time to move on.

A personal ad was placed in the classifieds, and Kit was intrigued. But when she called it was too late. Someone else wanted Minnie and Minnie was ready to go. As luck would have it, her first suitors changed their minds about their commitment to her, Thankfully, Kit’s number was retrieved from caller ID, and an impromptu meeting was set with Kit, Mac, and Minnie.

This meeting would change three lives. With open minds they greeted each other and Miss Minnie proceeded to lay it on thick. Kisses, extra cuteness, and the namesake of Kit’s grandmother sealed the deal and sent Mac and Kit on a new path as Coach and Beauteous Assistant in the Minnie the Magnificent Show.

Now, thanks to their passion and dedication, Minnie and her team bring joy to hundreds of people who pass through Candlewood Drive or who happen upon this special dog running around the neighborhood playing hide and seek, whether her owners like it or not.
